PLEX not streaming MKV to iPhone 4
I'm having trouble streaming .mkv files to the iPhone Plex app. I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4. The media shows up on the phone but when I try to play a video it says "Plex was unable to play this video." Please help. Thanks in advance.

- What quality of video is it? You might also try posting here: http://forums.plexapp.com/index.php/forum/85-linux/
- Most of the movies are 1080p but I though Plex would transcode them. Thanks for the link to the other forum.
- Ultra 4 does not have powerful enough CPU to transcode 1080p video.

and the CPU Specs of the ReadyNAS
As explained at http://www.readynas.com/plex if you want to transcode 1080p video you'll need a Pro 6 (RNDP6000-200) - Ahhh. That probably explains it. I will try to convert a few 1080p movies to something smaller and at the resolution of the iPhone 4. Thanks so much.
