What I did a lot of the time was outside of official Support, just trying to help out users on here. As seen in recent months, remaining employees there don't see to have the same passion like Yoh-dah and I did while we worked there. We don't have any influence/powers at NTGR anymore, so Yoh-dah and I can no longer go 'above and beyond' like we used to.
Also, anything referencing Infrant can be ignored. When Infrant was acquired by NTGR, many policies changed. The FAQ pages are maintained by Support agents; if enough people ask the same questions, they usually make it there eventually.
For solid current info, best to call their support line to get spoken word from an agent.
