Pro Pioneer turns itself on after shutdown

I have a Pro Pioneer running the latest firmware (4.2.22).

Recently, about 2 months ago it started behaving strangely. I have it scheduled to power on (1900h)/off (2330h) at certain times of the day. When it shuts off by the timed power off at 11:30pm, it powers itself back on as soon as it shuts itself off.

I've also noticed it doing so when I manually shut it down, that as soon as it finishes its' shutdown sequence it goes quiet for 2-3 seconds then begins to power itself on again.

Are there any fixes for this? It just started very quite recently and no changes were made to its configuration in a very long time.

Thank you,

    Cloberator,
First thing I would try is removing the power on/off settings and then try shutting it down. If that does not work, do an OS Re-Install (see link below). If this does not fix the issue, you will need to call in and have one of our tech-support login and check the OS for files that maybe keeping the unit from shutting down properly.
