RAID5- Data degraded (data innaccessible) then Volume disapeared after reboot
Hello, When I came back from home, my nas displayed "DATA degraded" on the screen. As I could not access the data, I tried rebooting it, but without success, the data degraded is not showing anymore...

Hello, Thank you for your answer, it is indeed strange that both failed at the same time.
I have checked the logs and the error never happened on any of the disks before.
How do I contact the support team please ?
