RAIDar can't find NV+ V2

OK here's where I got...
It wasn't detectable via homeplugs but was when plugged directly into the mac. Which leads me to two follow up questions if I may be so bold?
Once setup is complete I can plug it into my router and access it wirelessly from now on?
As I add further drives to bays 2-4 each one will format to match the JBOD structure of the one already installed?
Far too many follows up questions but I believe these are the two that are burrowing into my brain at the moment. I appreciate any answer of course.
