Can't Mount SMB/CIFS Shares in OS X Sierra Public Beta 4

I can confirm similar issues. My iMac is upgraded to macOS Sierra, and is having issues accessing the NAS (shares time out, no Time Machine), but my MacBook Pro is still on El Capitan and is fine.
I hadn't realized 4.2.30 came out... and then saw it's 2 days old. That's what I get for going on vacation. ;-)
Once I have a full backup of all devices listed, I'll update the NAS to 4.2.30, and see what exactly I can reproduce.
Thanks for the confirm that it wasnt me :) Do you also have trouble accessing the control panel with the latest Safari?
