- What is the model number of your NAS?
- What is the current firmware version?
- Does RAIDar see the NAS? If so, what does it say about the NAS?
- What was the last activity done by the NAS prior to this issue?
- Do you still have access to the files stored to it?
- Do you have backup of the data?
