Which protocol are you using to access the NAS? SMB or AFP?

Hi there,
I'd say it is a combo. One user could be using it from the perspective of their Mac's Readycloud app sync'd folder.
I have a screen shot available to me of a view from a Mac local to the NAS that has browsed via AFP on the network. My own view of it via the Readycloud app on my WIndows machine will have been undoubtedly SMB.
When I use the Readycloud webpage, presumably this is SMB in the background too and the folders are there and I can see the ~ files. If I enter the folder I can see what identifies itself as a "Word Work File"
What do you suspect?
Andy.
