not able to login in ready cloud in desktop

We will need more information regarding the issue that you have on ReadyCLOUD. I have listed the information we need:
1. Are you logging in using the ReadyCLOUD desktop app or are you using the ReadyCLOUD web portal?
2. If you are using the ReadyCLOUD desktop, what is the version of the ReadyCLOUD desktop app and what is the operating system of the PC?
3. What is the error message that you are encountering when you are not able to login to ReadyCLOUD?
4. Are you having the same issue when you try it on other computers?
5. What is the firmware version of your ReadyNAS?
