ReadyCloud online VPN disconnected

Hi,   Since 3 weeks, i can't access the nas with ReadyCloud Windows desktop apps. Issue "online (VPN disconnected)". But no problem with readycloud.netgear.com/ and IOS apps :/   I try switch ON...

    so you are wrong when you said "Since the iOS app is working, we also know that the cloud servers are basically up (though it is very possible that they do something different with Windows than they do with iOS)."

    Problem cam from netgear servers and desktop apps.

     

    Done for me.
