Readydrop random files appear in Win 7

I have a ReadyNAS Duo v2 with 2 2TB WD Red's and the latest Firmware and latest Radiator. I have installed Readynas Remote v 1.6.5.23 onto 2 x Win 7 Pro Desktops (hard wired gigabit LAN) and 1 x Win 7 Pro Laptop (AC Wireless). From each machine I can see the 65 folders listed inside the ReadyDROP Share Folder on the Duo v2 which is fine. Now the weird thing is when I start any of the PC's the Readydrop icon appears in the Taskbar briefly with a Downloading notification but when I look in the Readydrop Folder listed under My Documents that was created when I installed Readydrop there are only 5-6 folders in there often different on each of the 3 PC's.
Any ideas anyone?

ps With regard to my posts regarding upgrading to a RN312, I've decided to hold fire for a while thanks to the valuable advise of StephenB
