Hi I have an odler Ready nas 1000s and I went to upgrade it to 2tb hard drives (not sure if it could take them) and now it just powers up with a blue flashing light and drives 1 and 3 light constantly...

You might need to power down the NAS, remove the CF card and try writing the firmware to it e.g. using rawrite or NTRawrite (depending on which version of Windows you are running). On Linux/Mac you could use DD.
If the CF card is bad, then trying a known working 128MB or higher capacity CF card would be the way to go.
