What is the fix? Experiencing the same problem with loading of admin page and cache clear is not a fix.

As yet a resolve has not been found. I have spoken to Netgear tech support, whilst I know I have to shell out some hard earned pounds, they could not guarantee a fix.
All I can do is access the files via explorer. I have lost all my external access and access to the admin page to even set up as an ftp.
mdgm-ntgr is providing some assistance and once I have/ dont have a resolve I will post it up.
Till then, I am looking for another NAS that has easy remote access.

pc1staid in your case I would try an OS Re-install or USB Boot Recovery with ReadyNASOS 6.9.4-T8
I can see that the hot-fix for 6.9.3 hasn't been applied to your system which suggests a network settings problem on the NAS, the NAS is not connected to a network connected to the internet or that the NAS is behind a corporate firewall/proxy.
