ReadyNAS 102 is offline when viewed from ReadyCloud
When I go to ReadyCloud, it shows my device but says it is offline. When I log into the ReadyNAS directly, it shows the system as healthy and connected to ReadyCloud. I leave ReadyCloud and rejoin with no problem but ReadyNAS still shows offline.
I had to shut the drive down a couple of days ago and I notice from the log that some user accounts were deleted automatically when I powered it back up.
Please help.

What firmware are you running in the ReadyNAS?

v6.9.5. It says it is up to date.
