Do you have a backup of your data?
I checked the kernel.logs and it is flooded with errors from disks 2 and 3.
It will be best if you connect those disks to a PC then run a diagnostic test using the disk manufacturer's tool, then replace the disks that come out bad. Factory reset the NAS then restore from backups.
If the issue still re-occurs, the issue might be on the chassis already.
