READYNAS 104 - has booted into safe mode with no drives?

Hi,
Can anyone please help?

Booted up, seemed to be working OK (but very slow),
Then froze with a "do_exit+4c8" error. Drive lights were on.
Wouldn't shut down, so two hard power cycles, same error.
Last cycle - it has booted into Safe Mode with no drive lights on.
Going to admin page I get this:

I haven't touched it since. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
John

Can you download the log zip file?

Also, if you have a windows PC, it would be useful to test the disks with vendor tools.  You might need a USB-SATA adapter or dock to do this.

You'd use SeaTools for Seagate disks and KitFox for Western Digital.

FWIW, the error is a NAS crash.

It might also be worth powering down the NAS and disconnecting it from power for a while (15 minutes or so).  That will clear any residual bios state.  Then power up again and see if the symptoms change.
