ReadyNAS 104 Unable to Update Firmware

I have 4 ReadyNAS 104's, each are presently running under firmware 6.2.5, but when you view them in RAIDar they show 6.4.2, so something ammiss there?   I have tried selecting the 'Check for Update...

Just wondering - did you downgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.2.5 at some point?  It seems odd that all four NAS have this inconsistency.

    Nope never downgraded any of them, and only ever updated them via the 'Check for Updates' option, trying manually now, but nothing is happening...

      Something seems very wrong.  Do you have ssh enabled?

        No SSH Installed.

         

        I have just tried updating to 6.4.0, 6.4.1 and 6.4.2 and after every reboot it states that it is still 6.2.5
