You can connect the NAS directly to a PC and assign a static IP 192.168.168.x (the default IP of the NAS is 192.168.168.168. so you should assign an IP on its range). Check it on raidar or try to ping the IP (192.168.168.168) if it responds, try accessing it using a browser.
If there is a static IP assigned on the NAS, you have to perform an OS reinstall.
