ReadyNAS 312 ERROR System: Fan fan2 in enclosure Internal speed is below threshold
Ever since upgrade to 6.6.1 have been getting this error every week or so. Teltale sign is fan considerably louder than normal.
System: Fan fan2 in enclosure Internal speed is below threshold
When I look at the performance screen it shows two fans, one of which is not running. (Thus generating the error.) On reboot, everything is back to normal.
Then when you go to the performance screen, IT ONLY SHOWS ONE FAN, running normally. How many fans are in the enclosure?

- As a followup, here's some of the log data. My suspicion is this is related to the antivirus, which I have disabled. for the time being. That seems to be the only thing that has changed over the past month or so with the OS update to 6.6.1 Wed Jan 25 2017 9:08:16 System: ReadyNASOS background service started. Hello sfpegasus,
If you have important files stored to the ReadyNAS volume, please back up so you will not lose the data after factory reset.

Regards,I'll cross-post this here as well. These errors are being generated by the antivirus upgrade in 6.6.1. Disabling the antivirus has returned my system back to normal. The antivirus upgrade in 6.6.1 is buggy as all hell. It's apparently the cause of my other post "RN 312 Firmware 6.6.1 Strange backup errors".
Monitoring the antivirus definition file updates led me to find that my failures were happening right after these updates.
