Readynas and strange behaviour

hi there... tried a factory default on both the nv+ and the nv+ v2 and both says that only one of the 3 disks are good.. the ultra 4 on the other hand says all good.. even tried a full erase and online scrubbing and file conistensy check on the ultra 4 , and it says all good..

what i dont get is that no other system is able to read the partitions of those disks.. not windows , not ubuntu ( fileserver ) nothing except for the ultra 4 :P
they all throw cannot access disk at me..

and im not trying to preserve data when swapping disks.. im just trying to get them to work :P so a full format wouldnt be a problem in any way.. i'd be happy to wipe all partitions on the disks, if i only was able to read them on another system than the ultra4..

as i said , im perfectly aware of the different acrhitecture of the systems , and not beeing able to swap disks between them and read the data, but i do expect to be able to pull the disks from one system, format them and fire them up in another one.. but that isn't the case with those 4 disks :P
