ReadyNAS Antivirus stopped updating
I noticed this morning that my ReadyNAS 314 had not updated the antivirus definiations since 15 July 2021.
I did some online research, and found this article that helped me get the updates downloading again.
One of the steps in the process is to kill the clamshell processes, clean out the directory, restart clamshell, then reboot the router. This worked, and I now have the most current A/V defs.
Upon restarting clamshell, I got a message that the version of clamshell running on my device is outdated. Is this by design? If not, is there a way to install the latest version of clamshell, perhaps preventing the same problem of no A/V updates from reoccurring?

May we know the current firmware version of your ReadyNAS?
I suggest updating it to its latest firmware (v6.10.5) and see if that updates the antivirus definitions. Please visit here if you need assistance with updating the firmware.
Could you also provide the ClamAV version that you currently have on the ReadyNAS?
