With data having been deleted that makes things more complex again.
An option you would have would be to contact support and purchase an initial diagnostics data recovery contract. Support could analyse the system to see what chances there are of recovering data.
You could also try a 3rd party data recovery service that is familiar with Linux, mdadm, lvm2 etc.
You may also wish to clone your drives before data recovery is attempted.
