If you were to contact our support and purchased a data recovery contract they could have a look at your system to perform an initial diagnostics as to what could be done.
They could use a low-level diagnostic mode we have on the NAS to investigate.
I would not recommend you attempt to recover your data yourself as you may simply make it harder to recover if it is even possible.
