It should be admin/netgear1.
Did you try your old admin password? Are you still seeing your shares? What status info does RAIDar give you?
BTW, I think the guide in the duo hardware manual is clearer than the faq (http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/ ... 6Dec11.pdf)
