ReadyNAS Duo File System Check

Thanks for all the help I now have the Duo up and running again.
This is what I did:
1. Connect the NAS directly on the LAN port of the PC.
2. Set static IP on PC 192.168.168.5.
3. Launch RAIDar and check if NAS will be detected.
4. Turn off NAS, remove hard drives. (NOTE: Put an indicator on which bay the HDD is originally inserted for swapping drives will result to data loss)
5. Launch RAIDar again, and check if NAS will display a "no disk detected" status.
6. connected the disks to another PC and ran the disk internals software as posted by StephenB (a BIG thanks for this)
7. Transfered all the data I needed off the drives (this took a very long time)
8. Put the disks back in the Duo and started an OS re-install.
9. Waited for C to sync and now all is working with 0 data loss.
