4411 is very high, the 1875 you posted earlier is more typical.
I think the sensors are working, since you see the temps and the fan RPM.
I don't know what the next step would be here, perhaps Sandshark has a suggestion?

I'm surprised you can even access Frontview. Usually, when the fans fail to quiet at start-up, it means the system did not fully boot. It certainly sounds like some process is not running properly unless the fan controller just coincidently went out when you did the default -- and in a way where the fan is at full speeed, not zero.
If it was doing this before you restored your data, it would have been best to try and figure it out then. It may need another factory default. I'd certainly try an OS install.
