ReadyNAS error Failed to enable/disable user
I am trying to authenticate my ReadyNAS in AD but when I try I receive the error 'Security settings failed to apply' "failed to enable/disable user"

Welcome to the Community!
Do you have local users on your NAS that might have the same username? You may want to try deleting the local user accounts except the ADMIN account then add the AD again.

Sorry for late response. No there are no local users aside from the Admin account. When I run the Authentication the account I am using for admin access gets added as a "Domain User" account and I cannot edit or add any users in the list.

Have you tried doing an OS-Reinstall on your NAS? Here is a guide for your ReadyNAS 3100
