The v2 doesn't do jumbo frames - that is why there is no setting for it.
If you are pnly using FileZilla you don't need to use the masquerade (it will detect the private address, and will then switch to the source IP address in the incoming packets).
Have you tried connecting on the local LAN?
As a test, try using ordinary FTP to connect instead of FTPES. If that works, then the firewall is not the issue. Maybe also try using your admin login - as that might help rule out a permissions problem.
