Readynas nv+ can't access front view

I have a nv+ that i have to reboot about every three weeks because i can't access the front view console. I can access the shares via UNC path but not the admin front view page. It has the later firmware last time i checked from about a month. I can't access the from view right now so that is about all the information i have. I am going to ask the customer to power cycle the readynas but i wanted to see if anyone has ran into this problem b4. Thanks in advanced for any and all help on this issue.

    Can you contact us in Netgear Tech support.
    ( level2support AT netgear.com ).

    Can you advise us of model no, serial no, and Firmware rev of NAS? v1 or version 2?
    Can you go to Status > Logs and ( Download all logs ), and email to the address above.

    We would then analyse, and follow up.
