ReadyNAS NV volume not resized after upgrade

Model: ReadyNAS NV
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.01c1-p1 [1.00a041]
Memory: 1024 MB [ 2.5-3-3-7 ]
The only option I see is to add a new raid5 volume with the remaining additional space. Is this the way it is supposed to be?

- chirpaLuminaryIf you see Add Volume info, your system is in Flex-RAID mode, and the volume can't be resized. Only X-RAID mode supports the volume resize.

NB: Before you update the firmware you should remove the ReadyNAS Photos and BitTorrent add-ons. These add-ons are EOL and no longer supported and no longer included in the firmware.
