That all seems fine.
I would not use more than one of the LAN ports on that unit.
I'm sure you've already checked and tried replacing the cable that the nas is connected with.
It is very odd.
When you factory defaulted the unit did you set it up without any addons first to test whether the problem is reproduced.
The one thing you have not excluded is a problem created by one of the addons.
