Did a moderator request the logs? If so, does it seem possible that the mod requesting them had one of the rejected email addresses?

The address is forwarded to a group, and clearly the distribution list is a bit stale.
More importantly, if no one requested your logs I don't think anyone will look at them - especially it you didn't put someone's username in the subject line (with a link to the thread in the email body).
FWIW, I don't work for Netgear and probably am not the right person to look into your issue.

Thanks mdgm,
Just to update the thread in case someone else has the same problem.
mdgm thinks there is an issue with the file system on my NAS and recommended I attempt to boot into volume read-only mode. It would appear that the ReadyNAS Pro 6 does not have that boot mode available http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21107/~/how-do-i-access-the-boot-menu-on-my-readynas-ultra-6,-ultra-6-plus,-pro-6,-pro?cid=wmt_netgear_organic
So pending some other way I might be able to access the volume, it may not be recoverable :-(
I do have the really important stuff backed up, but the loss of the volume will still hurt.
