ReadyNAS Replicate or Rsync or TheForce
Hello everyone again, Since I am stuck with the capacity of my maxxed 3200's, I need to get the backups right. I have tried Rsync and now trying Replicate. Replicate looks slower....is the data...

I have the NIC's teamed, and appropriate LAG on the switch. Both 3200's on the same switch, no traffic on the switch other than these two NAS's for this purpose. I ran Rsync for 24 hours and canceled.... Ran Replicate for 12 hours and canceled.... its only 11.8TB.
Just started an NFS backups as you suggested.
Are my expectations too high?
