ReadyNAS RN104 locks up after upgrade to 6.4.1
Hi,
My RN104 has been stable for 15 months, after I upgraded to 6.4.1 when doing backups it now randomly locks up (no web interface response, LCD on unit goes off, power button does not work) and you have to pull the power and do a non graceful shutdown to restart it. Where upon it resync for 57 hours. Then the process repeats. I can see no errors or warning in the logs. The snapshots seem all OK.
Perusing the forum I have been reading the issues regarding 6.4 and 6.4.1.
It locks up whilst running a robocopy backup scipt which runs weekly. Prior to 6.4.1 this script ran flawlessly. I can however read data from the NAS without it locking up which is a bonus.

Are you running the anti-virus service?
Which services/apps are you running?
Do you have an open support case?
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?- melbourneAspirant
no anti-virus service is running (no apps are running)
service running SMB / ReadyDLNA (rarely used)
no open support case (i tried to lodge one, but it said after 90days the community here was my only support available, perhaps i'm mistaken ?)

Thanks for the logs. However they are flooded with messages about the resync. If the problem happens again after rebooting the NAS please download the logs ASAP and send them through.
