ReadyNAS RND4000 v3 (NV+)
I've had a few NV+'s over the years, been through the failed PSU on the first NV+ I had, got it replaced, had it fail again, replaced it with a mini-ITX PSU and have lots of luck with it over the year...
The units not in the range of the Service Action shipped with PSUs that didn't have the design flaw. If you can still find the RND4PSU1 (unlikely) that shouldn't have the design flaw.
