Can I use 1 internal and 1 usb 3.0 drive in raid1, Both drives are seagate 3TB.

- Can't mix external drives in the RAID volume.

- You could setup daily backup job (rsync) to copy the internal disk to external, so partially in sync. First time will take awhile, after that, only the delta changes would go across (much quicker).
