Depending on the problem, you might not be able to mount the disks.  Can you provide more information on what support is telling you?

Looking at the logs it looks like two disks have dropped out of one of the RAID-5 layers.

      Do you have a backup?

  • Support isn't saying anything for now since my support has run out and using this forum was an option recommended

It doesn't look good to me from what I saw in the logs.

But for situations like this the logs don't necessarily give the full picture.

You could consider whether you want to purchase data recovery but do note that it may be unsuccessful.

        Hi mdgm,

does it help if i pop in another "old" disk?

or can i mount the disks individually on to read data off it?

  • Thanks. Further development with my NAS.

now i cannot even access the raidiator page.

I see from the front panel it has acquired a IP address but i cannot log in. :(
