It's easy enough to do. Try creating a test share on the ultra, and enable the rsync service (and enable rsync for the share). Then create an rsync backup job on the RN102, which has the ultra's share as the destination. Generally I find I need to use the IP address and not the name.
The RN102 delivers about 50 MB/s write and 70 MB/S read. Though your ultra should be somewhat faster (the equivalent model in OS6 land is the RN300 series). Have you benchmarked the performance of both machines? NAStester is a easy way to do that (http://www.808.dk/?code-csharp-nas-performance)
