95% is still awfully full, you probably need bigger disks (or a second NAS).
But I don't think that's related to your main problem. The NAS data is accessible, correct? So the only issue is that is doesn't show up in the network list?
There are some simple workarounds. You can add it as a network location on your newer PCs, and you can create desktop shortcuts for the NAS (or specific shares).
This could be happening when the NAS becomes the "master browser" on the network. That's not certain, and unfortunately there's no way to control that on the v2 products.
