Readynas X6 led patterns
Greetings, I've got an old Infrant ReadyNAS X6-TL (3.01c1-p6). Upon startup I find that LEDs 1 & 2 will light solid, then go dark alternating with lights 3 & 4. (1 and 2 on/3 and 4 off, 3 and 4 on/1...

Well if you look at the led pattern guide link that led pattern means the memory test completed without error and you should press the power button to reboot.
That firmware is extremely old. Are you sure that is the firmware currently installed? Where did you find the firmware version? What is displayed in the right hand column in raidar when it finds the nas?
Ideally you should backup your data, update the firmware and then factory default and restore from backup.
As you already have backup, then this is what I'd suggest.
