ReadyNAS6 Pro failed to boot with "could not properly extract" after Upgrade from 6.6.1 to 6.7.3

Hi,

urgent call:
 - Just updated from 6.6.1 to 6.7.3, during this upgrade a boot message came up with "ERR: could not properly extract".

I cannot reach the system by SSH to look what happened, and I eventually will loose data as i don't know if the last backup (yesterday) is intact.

Thank you for you help.

regards

GOI

Addendum:

 - Booting with no disks -> could be found in Raidar -> so at least not bricked.

 - now checking boot with disks if it can be found in Raidar

-> booting with disks does NOT work: Could not be found in Raidar.

 - now checking with dedicated network (PC <-> ReadyNAS6)

    Solved by mdgm:

     - copied the root (md0) partition

     - a rebuild of the md0 partition was made

     - recopied the data back to md0

     - and initiated an os extract on next reboot again

     not to forget:

MANY THANKS TO MDGM! You saved my day.

     - Booting in Service Mode (aka Maintenance Mode aka Tech Support Mode):

-> works and gives me a telnet access -> but whats the user name and the password?

It's one thing to know how the credentials (which are not hard to find on the web), it's quite another to know what to do after you login. I've sent you a PM.
