Reallocated sector count has increased with each startup
I don't know what this means nor how to fix it. I bought the Readynas Ultra 2 about a year ago. The power supply failed so had the main unit (kept the original disks) swapped for a refurbished unit...

What this says is that disk 1 has gone bad, so you need to replace it.
Sectors are reallocated by the drive firmware, not the NAS - so this is not something the NAS is responsible for. 432 is well above the failure threshold.
The disk itself is likely still under the manufacturer warranty, though you would get a refurbished model which might not be on the HCL. One option is to buy a new one, and use the refurbished drive for a spare.
BTW, disk scrubbing requires both disks are installed - which is why it is cancelled when you only have one plugged in.
