Reset the password for ReadyCLOUD account

Hi All,

 

Trying to reset the password for a user who already inviited for a ReadyCLOUD shared folder.

I click forgot password, then enter an email address (it matches the one displayed under shared folders ReadyCLOUD \ Manage) and then getting an error "There was an error recovering the password"

(attached to this message).

 

Do I enter wrong email address?

    As discussed on other thread, it was disabled due to a report from users getting request to reset their password which they have not requested.

     

    using the NETGEAR portal for resetting the password will be working.

    Are you using the forgot password link on readycloud.netgear.com or my.netgear.com?

     

    If you are getting an error there might be a difference from what you have typed. Have you tried using a different browser or computer?
