Reset the password for ReadyCLOUD account
Hi All,
Trying to reset the password for a user who already inviited for a ReadyCLOUD shared folder.
I click forgot password, then enter an email address (it matches the one displayed under shared folders ReadyCLOUD \ Manage) and then getting an error "There was an error recovering the password"
(attached to this message).
Do I enter wrong email address?
As discussed on other thread, it was disabled due to a report from users getting request to reset their password which they have not requested.
using the NETGEAR portal for resetting the password will be working.
