Resetting to factory defaults

The OS/firmware re-install: reinstalls the firmware and does some other things like reset 'admin' (Frontview) password and some network settings (i.e. get IP address via DHCP).
Data remains intact.
To do an OS Re-install on the Duo (v1):
1. Power down NAS unit
2. Press and hold reset button
3. Turn NAS on
4. Release reset button after about 5 seconds (first blink of disk LEDs).
