Resync Stall
Hi folks
No doubt this topic discussed at length. I have read a few but given my limited knowledge about NAS, I would like someone to explain to me like I'm a 2 year old.
I have a ReadyNas Ultra 6 full of 4TB WD Reds. It's about 12 months old and about 70% full.
Today I noticed it was doing a resync. I did not start this resync, nor was it scheduled as far as I know.
The reason for my post is I think the resync has stalled. The screen says Resync C: 57.3% and hasn't moved for hours.
Nothing happens when I push the on/off button, nor can I access the admin page via my browser or the network shares.
So, if I wake up tomorrow and find the resync still at 57.3% ... what do I do?
Do I power down and hope for the best?

- SMART+ check comes back with zeros for all drives in the areas you mentioned. The log tells me RAID scrubbing started on volume C but it never finished. It performs this task weekly. This is the first time it stalled. I'll checkout Crashplan and look into USB backups as well. Thanks for the great info, I appreciate your help.
