RMA for Ultra 6 plus is actually Pro Business edition
I have just received my advanced RMA unit for my Ultra 6 plus which has fan noise.
The unit is in good condition but when I boot up it identifies itself as a Pro Business edition (presumably the old version before the Ultra 6 plus was released)
I realise that the specs are similar but this is supposed to be like for like RMA replacement.
I have contacted support because I am not happy with this, does anyone have any other advise (or perhaps one of the senior members could help?)

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredThe Pro Business Edition has the same CPU as the Ultra 6 Plus, but unlike the Ultra 6 Plus has business features. Most would consider getting the Pro BE an upgrade.
- vandermerweMasterSo you suggest I just keep it? The box says Ultra 6 plus, the model number on the box says RNDP600U-200EUS and the serial number on the box matches the serial number on the actual unit.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYes.
- EtzAspirantDefinately keep it ;)
- vandermerweMasterThanks. I'll keep it.
Pity they didn't send me a Pro 6. - chirpaLuminaryYa, like said, same box, but more features enabled.
Likely just someone in the RMA factory flashed it wrong.
