RN-104 I don't want RAID
I don't really want RAID I understand the implications that I dont have any safeguard if a disk fails. That doesnt worry me. I just want to use the 4 x 4tb drives I have slotted in as separate ac...

under volume tab u may click on x-raid box to disable it. then highlight the volume and destroy it.
after that u may select respective level of raid or jbod.
for 4 bay drives i may select 2 bays and create raid 0 new volume, and then select the other 2 bays raid 0 as another new volume.
or u can create 4 drives raid 5 or raid 6 with one new volume.
just an example.

I opted for the 4 separate volumes (it works better for me that way)
and once I learned I had to create a share for each of them they work just how I need them
