Please try disabling the anti-virus service and see if that improves performance.
Hi - I uninstalled the AV, as it would not allow me to disable it. The ON/OFF button was greyed out.
It has improved some, but its still §$%&/( awful. I read somewhere else here, people having problems with firmware 6.4.1 - slow access times etc.
That is the exact version I'm running. When I go 'check updates, it says I have the latest....
