- RXLuminaryDo you have the Anti-Virus Plus App installed on your NAS? If yes, click on the Anti-Virus Plus App icon then login to it then on the Overview page, click "Check Update" button to update the definition file.

- mocoynAspirantThanks!!! That is my issue. I've changed to DHCP and is solved the issue
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredI find it's easiest to setup a DHCP reservation in the router's settings and leave the NAS configured to pickup an I.P. address via DHCP. This way if I do an OS Re-install the NAS still gets the same I.P.
