RN104 Antivirus not update

Hi

The antivirus not update. I don't think because can be. Any idea?

  • Do you have the Anti-Virus Plus App installed on your NAS? If yes, click on the Anti-Virus Plus App icon then login to it then on the Overview page, click "Check Update" button to update the definition file.

  • If I have this app, but after click "check update", appear this message

    "Fail to check definition file. Please check network connection and try again later."

    Are you using a static IP address? If so, verify your subnet mask and DNS server configuration.
  • Thanks!!! That is my issue. I've changed to DHCP and is solved the issue

    I find it's easiest to setup a DHCP reservation in the router's settings and leave the NAS configured to pickup an I.P. address via DHCP. This way if I do an OS Re-install the NAS still gets the same I.P.
