RN104 Fail to Startup
So everything has been working well for a while other than a few small issues, so decided to upgrade to 6.7.0.
Upgrade completed quickly and without issues and seemed to resolve some of the smaller issues I was having - Win!
But 1 day later, I come back and find all my NAS drives are not connected. ReadyNas is locked up. I disconnect the power and reconnect again to begin startup.
However it gets to 92% and now display says "Fail To Startup"
RAIDar shows the Readynas is active, status = Remote Support with all drives seemingly OK.
When I try to restart or download logs via RAIDar, it asks for username and password but the account does not seem to match either the correct password nor the default password.
So, stuck at "Fail to Startup". I have alot of data on the drives that I do not want to lose. Happy to pay for support services, but unsure how to engage?
Is anyone able to help?

If you fill out the contact us form for support you'd be presented with your options. We do have On Call Support contracts available.

I will look at that now.
Is it worth doing an OS Reinstall or will I lose the data if I do that?
I am able to get SSH access direct to the box and can login if that helps?

Further news.
I was able to restart the NAS from the command prompt. Gets up to 99% and sits like that for many minutes.
During this time, admin page and Shares are active.
The Display channges to "Fail to Start" and at that point the Admin Page stops being avaialble able to shares disconnect.
Still thinking an OS Reinstall is whats needed? but again, will this mean I will lose data?
